Carole is a finance and accounting professional that lent money to small and middle market companies for nearly 20 years. She now specializes in working with business owners as they navigate the process of making strategic financial decisions geared towards securing and maintaining business financing.
During challenging times, it can be difficult to maintain adequate funding from increasingly nervous financial institutions. Carole relies upon her years of experience on the banking side to prepare clients for this important process. From ensuring that books are in order, to the preparation of compelling business cases, to even participating in meetings with bankers, Carole provides the added confidence needed for successful business financing.
She is customer driven, always focused on providing her clients with the best solution to the challenges before them. She also values the use of strong systems to get things done efficiently and effectively.
Carole has experience advising and facilitating the funding strategy for startup companies. She facilitated the process of obtaining the financial resources of a start-up company to see it grow from $3MM in sales to $15MM. In addition, she advised a niche IT startup company on its financial structure. Also, she participated in helping a company work through the “trials and tribulations” resulting from the purchase of a division of a multinational company.
Carole holds an MBA from Georgia State University and an active CPA certificate.
