
With 30 yrs of experience in both consulting and corporate environments, Diane assists both large and small companies in a wide variety of employee and labor relations projects. She has worked with clients in such diverse fields as telecommunications, health care, manufacturing, meat processing, printing and contingency staffing.
Prior to her latest consulting efforts, Diane was an executive at Sprint. Diane managed a staff of professionals responsible for labor and employee relations, including policy development, communication, training and administration, dispute resolution, union avoidance, labor relations (negotiations and contract administration), and EEO and affirmative action compliance.
