Full Hiring Process Outsourcing

With this option, you partner with WOLF for all external hiring process management.  We become a trusted partner for organizational and workforce planning, and provide hiring and selection support whenever external hiring is needed.  Fees are paid on a per hire basis.  If your hiring is minimal, your fees are too.  There are three fee levels depending on the level of support requested for each job. 

  1. Implement and co-manage your own Careers Page and Applicant Tracking System (the Prevue APS)
  2. Provide initial hiring strategy support
  3. Create a compelling job posting/description
  4. Develop selection criteria and weighting in order to evaluate candidates more objectively
  5. Post positions (free boards and paid boards if needed)
  6. Pre-screen applicants
  7. Conduct internal interview training and coaching as needed
  8. Coordinate inteview logistics
  9. Administer assessments
  10. Perform reference checks
  11. Conduct criminal background checks
  12. Job offer development
  13. Candidate communication

Job-By-Job Hiring Process Outsourcing

We also offer this support on a job-by-job basis for those wanting support only for key positions or during busy times.  There is a flat fee per opening/hire that's a great value considering the process support and professionalism you receive from WOLF.
