WOLF offers smaller organizations access to the full functions of an applicant tracking system and careers page jobs board to manage their own hiring processes.  You pay no monthly license fees, have no equipment to manage, and only pay for applicant tracking when you have active jobs posted on our shared job board.  Here's how it works:

What You Do...

  1. Create and provide us with the job listing and details
  2. Choose screening questions (if any)
  3. Select a posting time frame (30 - 60 - 90 days)

What We Do...

  1. Post the position on our Hosted Jobs board
  2. Submit it to the most popular FREE job boards (indeed, simplyhired and five more)
  3. Provide you with a web link to which all applicants can be directed for formal application (i.e. from Craigslist, your website, CareerBuilder, other sources) 
  4. Set you up to receive real-time notification of applications received
  5. Provide you with an administrator login and password to use when viewing and managing applicant activity

What It Costs...

For a small monthly job posting fee (under $100) per job, you will provide applicants with a professional online job posting process and you will receive full applicant tracking and resume storage functionality.  No more piles of resumes and full inboxes.
