With decades of experience as in-house employment and labor counsel for two multi-national corporations, Jill assists both large and small companies in a wide variety of employee and labor relations projects.  She has worked with clients in the telecommunications, energy, and food production industries.

Prior to her career as a consultant, Jill was an executive at Sprint.  Jill managed Sprint’s Employment and Law Department and later served as its Vice President of Employee Relations.  In the course of her career Jill has managed a staff of professionals responsible for labor and employee relations, including policy development, communication, training and administration; dispute resolution; union avoidance; labor relations (negotiations and contract administration); and EEO and affirmative action compliance.  Areas of Expertise
