KenKen has over ten years of experience as a Human Resource (HR) professional.  Throughout his career he has held positions of increasing scope and responsibility where he has acted as a partner with management while helping to coach, influence and develop all levels of the organization.

Specifically, he has been immersed in such global and dynamic environments as SmithKline Beecham Clinical Labs (now DBA: Quest Diagnostics), and Raytheon. These companies, in addition to his contingent search experience and other consulting engagements have presented numerous, complex environments in which his goal has been to build trust and collaboration with all levels of the organization in order to facilitate resolution to complex employee and management issues.

Ken enjoys acting as an adjunct professor in the Psychology Department at Merrimack College and being active in the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
