Larnise’s 13 years of industry experience in organization development and management consulting has equipped her to provide strategic human resource solutions for federal and corporate clients.  Larnise has a passion for people that influences her approach as a consultant.  She believes that potential (individual and organization) is limitless.  As such, she works to remove the all too common interferences to get in the way of high performance. 

Her work with human capital involves engaging employees at all levels of the organization.Larnise has performed numerous consulting projects in the areas of change management, organization development, talent management and workforce planning. 

She has supported clients in various industries, including: utilities, manufacturing and federal government (e.g., energy, environment, defense and health/medical research).Larnise has led several multi-million dollar, multi-year organization development projects for federal clients. 

Her work with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Environmental Protection Agency involved leadership development, facilitation, individual and organizational assessments.  As Senior Engagement Manager for these efforts, Larnise managed senior consulting staff and designed interventions with C-level clients.

Larnise completed a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from American University and Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior from DePauw University.  She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and Certified Instructional Designer/Developer.

Larnise enjoys reading, travel, dance and theater.
